How does the embroidery process work?

Every piece of embroidery is finished by hand in our Amsterdam atelier to ensure a beautiful, high-quality result that lasts through years of daily use. On the product page of your favorite item, you can select your preferred font and thread color. Because we put so much care into every stitch, personalized products are typically shipped within 5 business days. Good to know: Since each item is custom-made specifically for you, personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
